Members Present: Fr. Michael Forge, Jerry Jennings, Maxine Koller, Cindy Maris, Clint Rain, and Dean Whiteside
The meeting opened with a reading and a prayer by Fr. Michael at 7:00 p.m., June 25, 2007.
The minutes of the May 2007 meeting were read and accepted. The financial reports were reviewed.
Mr. Scott McDonnold presented a detailed analysis of bids for the proposed security system.
The courtyard repair will be completed in July.
The closing on the White House (604 Morris St.) was delayed due to the Title Company contacting the last heir of property.
The job descriptions were reviewed for…(confidential).
The Budget for FY 2008 was reviewed and approved.
The Finance Council approved additional principal of $40,000 to be applied to the Catholic Life Insurance loan for the Education Center in June business.
A donation request was approved in the amount of $250 to (confidential) to assist a family in his former parish.
The estimate for the Annual Financial Procedures and Practices Review will be about $2000 - $2200.
The next meeting is scheduled on July 30, 2007, at 7:00 p.m.
Meeting adjourned and closed with the Lord’s Prayer at 9:00 p.m.
