Members Present: Fr. Michael Forge, Jerry Jennings, Maxine Koller, Cindy Maris, and Dean Whiteside
The meeting opened with a reading and a prayer by Fr. Michael at 7:00 p.m., July 30, 2007.
The minutes of the June 2007 meeting were read and accepted. The financial reports were reviewed. The Finance Council approved to move $5,000 from the Old Church checking account into the Old Church CD.
The Security System request for funding will be forwarded to the Catholic Foundation.
The courtyard repair (sidewalk edge) is complete.
The White House (Morris St.) is now the property of St. John.
Job descriptions for …confidential… are complete. The …confidential… will be completed …confidential.
Appreciation note received from …confidential… for the donation.
Finance Council declined to take offer regarding the purchase of a lot behind the Church parking lot at this time.
Finance Council approved up to $250 to pay utility bill for parishioner in need.
The yearend Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement will be included in the Parish bulletin.
A commercial stove for the Parish Hall and new carpet in the Church will be funded from the Parish Festival profit.
Information will be obtained to provide security fence for air conditioner units on property.
Leak inside Church by choir area is due to roof leak. Flashing will be sealed and ceiling repaired.
The next meeting is scheduled on August 27, 2007, at 7:00 p.m.
