Members Present: Fr. Michael Forge, Jerry Jennings, Maxine Koller, Cindy Maris, Clint Rain and Dean Whiteside
The meeting opened with a reading and a prayer by Fr. Michael at 7:00 p.m., August 27, 2007.
The minutes of the July 2007 meeting were read and accepted. The financial reports for July were reviewed.
The funding request for the security camera system has been submitted to the Catholic Foundation.
The future of the “White House” on
New carpet has been installed in the Church. The cost of $1500 was paid from the Festival proceeds.
Financial reports for Fiscal Year End was included in the August 12 bulletin.
Enclosures were installed around the air conditioner units

A second collection on September 9 will be taken to assist St. Cecilia due to the fire damage.
A contribution of $400 will be made to Lone Star Casa, a child advocacy non-profit organization.
The request to re-plat the total Church property was abandoned due to the City’s demands in return. The City wanted part of the Church property given in return for the plat being prepared.
Three items in the Suggestion Box will be repaired. These items are: 1) Rain gutter for the side entrance door to the Church, 2) Electrical circuit in Parish Hall trips breaker, and 3) Thresholds for outside doors in Parish Hall have gaps which allow bugs to enter and cold air to escape.
The CCA goal for 2008 is $22,000. The campaign will be conducted in October and November.
The next meeting is scheduled on September 24, 2007, at 7:00 p.m.
