Members Present: Fr. Michael Forge, Jerry Jennings, Maxine Koller, Cindy Maris, Dean Whiteside and James Williams
The meeting opened with a reading and a prayer by Fr. Michael at 7:00 p.m., September 24, 2007.
The minutes of the August 2007 meeting were read and accepted. The financial reports for August were reviewed.
The funding request for the security camera system was updated. An amount of $30,000 was requested from the Catholic Foundation and a reply should be received in October.
Bids were requested to demolish the structures and clear the lot on Morris Street. One official bid was received from confidential in the amount of $confidential. Bids may be forthcoming from confidential.
The following repairs/maintenance items will be performed: rain guard gutter for church side door entrance, rework electrical circuit in Parish Hall due to breakers tripping in kitchen area, and repair thresholds in the doors of the Parish Hall.
CCA campaign will begin the second week of October.
Father Michael is working with confidential in the area of bookkeeping and understanding reports.
The next meeting is scheduled on October 29, 2007, at 7:00 p.m.
