Members Present: Fr. Michael Forge, Jerry Jennings, Maxine Koller, Cindy Maris, Clint Rain, and Dean Whiteside
The meeting opened with a reading and a prayer by Fr. Michael at 7:15 p.m., December 18, 2007.
The minutes of the November 2007 meeting were read and accepted. The financial reports for November was reviewed. A separate account will be established to capture bonuses paid to staff.
The security camera project is delayed due to the equipment being on back order. The project will begin after the first of January 2008.

There is no change in the status of CCA for the parish since the last report.

The tables and chairs have been purchased for the Parish Hall and partial delivery has been received.
The qualifications of the four candidates considered for the Finance Council vacancies were reviewed. The Council has two vacancies to be filled effective January 2008. Fr. Michael will send notification letters to each candidate prior to the January meeting.
No change is required to remain in compliance with the retirement amount paid to Retirement Counseling Group for staff.
The next meeting is scheduled on January 28, 2008, at 7:00 p.m.
