III.                 Old Business

a.       Floor Cleaner.  Update by Liz Wigzell.  Parish hall would need monthly upkeep in order to avoid paying the annual service fee more than once.  Council recommended that the Finance Council choose Kenny Beedle because overall annual cost is cheaper and service is comparable.  If chosen, Myrna will act as liaison to Kenny Beedle.

b.       Parish Hall Coordinator.  Update by Kay Bedrick.  Hall is blocked for cleaning in February.  Refrigerator and freezers will be cleaned out and maintained on a regular basis.  Rental Fees for the Hall are $200-300 for parishioners depending on event and $400 for non-parishioners both with a $200 deposit.  Problems with hall rental include noise, cleanliness of hall and kitchen after events, and beer cans in parking lots.  First event after hall is cleaned will be on February 17th.  Kay recommends waiting on floors and chairs until after this event.
